IT Support Specialist (L2) | Novi Sad (Serbia) ITea is an actively growing IT company implementing international projects and innovative IT solutions. We are looking for a technical support specialist in the office in Novi Sad (or remotely from other cities in Serbia). What you have to do: • Help different categories of customers: external B2B clients, partners and internal company teams; • Work with incoming requests in the internal tracking system; • Understand the essence of requests; • Engage in troubleshooting: analyze logs, investigate atypical cases and look for the root causes of bugs; • Interact with colleagues. Our expectations: • Written English from B2 and business correspondence skills. • Experience in technical support or IT field. • Analytical thinking and ability to work with a knowledge base. What we offer: • Shift evening schedule 2/2 (from 16.00 to 03.00 at gmt+3) • Official employment (Serbian legal entity). • Training: external courses, internal library and Serbian language lessons in the office. • 3 additional sick days per year. • Friday lunches from restaurants, fruits, coffee, snacks and colorful corporate events.
