Looking for Operations Manager (Google Farming) Serbia, Belgrade · Full-time, hybrid We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Google Farming department - a team responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality Google accounts and operational assets for media buying. This is not about routine control - it is about building a process that really scales. Personal involvement Keep a personal farm in order to stay in the process, understand the real picture and speak the same language with the team. Processes and infrastructure Build and improve SOP, optimize work flow for growing volumes, control proxies, anti-detect browsers and all related infrastructure, synchronize with Media Buying and Compliance. Payment part Responsible for BINs, payments and account links - ensure correctness and stability at this stage of farming. Quality and appeals Monitor the quality of farming and account results, implement QA processes, audit the work performed, conduct appeals against unbanned accounts, reduce error rates through training and process optimization, and investigate systemic problems. Reporting Keep your finger on the pulse of KPIs and productivity, prepare reports, forecast staffing needs, optimize processes based on metrics. Team development Hire, onboard and train new farmers, maintain training documentation, notice strong players and build career tracks for them. Качество и апелляции Контролировать качество фарма и результаты аккаунтов, внедрять QA-процессы, аудировать выполненную работу, вести апелляции на разбан аккаунтов, снижать error rate через обучение и оптимизацию процессов, расследовать системные проблемы. Отчётность Держать руку на пульсе KPI и продуктивности, готовить отчётность, прогнозировать потребности в штате, оптимизировать процессы на основе метрик. Развитие команды Нанимать, онбордить и обучать новых фармеров, вести обучающую документацию, замечать сильных игроков и выстраивать для них карьерные треки.
