Automotive Service Supervisor Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Acceptance of the company's new vehicles into service, visual inspection, initial inspection of the technical condition and registration of existing damages • Control of compliance with Lexus service standards in the process of receiving and servicing vehicles • Determining the process of technical works to be carried out for vehicles entering the service, planning and effective organization of the work process • Distribution of work among technicians, coordination of execution process and control of work progress • Control of compliance by technicians with work safety rules, wearing of uniforms, hygienic norms, workplace order and internal regulations of the company • Control of supplies of tools and consumables needed for the work process. If necessary, communicate with suppliers and make purchases • Reporting of completed work and reporting to the immediate supervisor Requirements: • Work experience in the automotive field • Knowledge of vehicle structure and service processes • Ability to manage technicians and coordinate work processes • High sense of responsibility and detail oriented • Team work and effective cooperation ability
