Restaurant Manager 3000 ₾ Duties: • Full management and control of the daily activities of the restaurant • Team management and supervision (cashiers, cooks, cook's assistants and support staff) • Drawing up and managing the work schedules of employees • Finding, recruiting, adapting and retraining new employees • Control of customer service, food quality and cleanliness, ensuring high standards • Consideration of guests' complaints and professional resolution of conflict situations • Control of cash operations and production of daily reports • Inventory control, purchase planning and timely placement of orders • Communication with suppliers and coordination of delivery process • Reducing and monitoring product write-offs and other operating losses • Analyzing sales and identifying opportunities to increase revenues • Effective management of courier platforms (Wolt, Glovo and others). • Allocating tasks to employees and controlling their performance • Observance of food safety, sanitary norms and internal standards of the company • Submitting regular reports on the restaurant's activities to the owners • Orientation towards the continuous improvement of work processes and increasing the restaurant's efficiency Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience working as a restaurant manager • Leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage a team • High sense of responsibility, ability to show initiative and work in a stressful environment • Strong organizational and decision making skills • Experience with cash operations and summary creation • Knowledge of customer service standards and food safety regulations • Fluency in Georgian and English languages We offer: • Remuneration — from 3,000 GEL per month
