Duties: • Entering data into accounting program oris 7 • Control/comparison of receivables and payables with partners • Data processing in Excel and uploading to accounting software • Receipt of electronic tax invoices and bills of lading in accordance with budget codes • Accounting and archiving of customs operations • Reflecting certain camp operations both on the student portal and in the accounting program • Participating in month, semester and year closing processes • Organizing and archiving mission documentation • Involvement in the process of communication with students • Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor Requirements: • Higher education • 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred • Knowledge of English language at B2 level • Good knowledge of office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point • Ability to communicate • Good time management skills • Organization • Responsibility
