About the role Imagine AI that talks to real customers every day: calls, answers questions, sends messages and helps guide people through the sales process. This is SalesRep.ai and we are currently looking for someone to help us make it better! Your task is to look at the product through the eyes of a real user. Why did the AI ​​give this answer? Why did everything go well in one conversation, but in another something went wrong? Is this an isolated error or a pattern? What can be changed? You will work together with the Product Manager, developers and other teams and gradually immerse yourself in the development of the AI ​​product. What to do: About 50% of the work is AI quality control: listen to real calls and read transcriptions; check AI messages to clients; find errors, strange answers and deviations; evaluate dialogue logic, context, empathy, delays and voice quality; work with metrics, tables and reports. Another 50% are product tasks: understand the causes of the problems found; search and offer solutions; describe tasks in Jira; conduct research and analyze competitors; collect data and interact with the development team. It is important for us that a person does not limit himself to the phrase “found a bug.” If something works strangely, you need to try to understand the reason yourself, collect information and come to the PM with hypotheses. This role is for you if: You really enjoy looking for patterns, noticing small inconsistencies and understanding why something works the way it is. At the same time, a significant part of the work involves a large number of dialogues, tables and repetitive checks. Therefore, it will be comfortable here for those who are not tired of such work, but rather drawn in: found an oddity → started digging → understood the reason → suggested a solution. English - C1 and above. You must be fluent in understanding live American speech, including slang and idioms. IT experience is not required. Much more important is independence, analytical thinking and interest in AI. Experience in manual testing, working with data and tables, or active use of AI tools will be a plus. При этом значительная часть работы связана с большим количеством диалогов, таблиц и повторяющихся проверок. Поэтому здесь будет комфортно тому, кого такая работа не утомляет, а скорее затягивает: нашёл странность → начал копать → понял причину → предложил решение. Английский — C1 и выше. Нужно свободно понимать живую американскую речь, включая сленг и идиомы. Опыт в IT необязателен. Гораздо важнее самостоятельность, аналитическое мышление и интерес к AI. Будет плюсом опыт мануального тестирования, работы с данными и таблицами или активного использования AI-инструментов.
