Office Assistant Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Daily management of office processes and administrative support • Entering and updating patients' medical information in the CRM system • Receiving, verifying and systematizing medical documentation • Scanning documents, uploading them to the electronic system and distributing them in the appropriate folders • Uploading patient-related analyses, studies and other medical documents to a special platform • Perfect filling and constant updating of patient data • Performing various administrative tasks and supporting team members in daily activities Requirements: • Experience working in the medical field is desirable • Knowledge of English and Russian languages is mandatory • Knowledge of computer programs • High sense of responsibility • Organization and discipline • Attention to detail • Ability to communicate and work in a team • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
