We are looking for a sales consultant for a women's clothing store Batumi, Old Town, st. Memed Abashidze, 56 We are looking for a girl who doesn’t just sell clothes, but knows how to listen to the client, create images and help each client find exactly what suits her. For us, a sales consultant is, first of all, a fashion consultant, so not only sales experience is important to us, but also the desire to develop in this area. What we expect: • Experience in sales will be a big plus, especially in the women's clothing industry • If you have no experience yet, this is not a problem. If you have an interest in fashion, good communication skills and a desire to learn, we will teach you everything you need • The ability to hear and understand the client, and not just offer a product • Sense of style and interest in fashion • Neatness, responsibility, resistance to stress and positive attitude • Willingness to work for results and develop your skills • Age 18–30 years • Knowledge of English and/or Georgian will be an advantage What we offer: • Schedule 2/2, from 11:00 to 21:00 • 50₾ per shift + % of personal sales + bonus at the end of the month - for the internship period, then the salary and motivation increases • Additional bonuses based on performance • Discounts on store products for employees • Stable payments every week • Training in sales, working with clients and creating images • Opportunity for professional and career growth We have a career path We are interested in strong employees growing within the team rather than remaining in one position.
