Recruiter Salary according to agreement Обязанности: • Analysis of vacancy requirements and active search for relevant candidates (Sourcing) • Selecting resumes and conducting initial interviews • Evaluation of candidates and presentation to the ordering companies • Managing the selection process to the final stage of recruitment Требования: • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting / HR • Knowledge of various channels for searching for candidates (LinkedIn, social networks, specialized portals) • Good communication and negotiation management skills
