Application Support Specialist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Receiving and analyzing the problems reported by the bank's clients and internal users through the call center and other communication channels. • Detailed investigation of technical faults observed in the real environment and identification of their root causes • Performing data analysis using MS SQL Server and data correction if necessary • Eliminating problems or implementing a temporary technical solution (workaround) within the company's internal standards and authority • Execution of SQL queries for data analysis and correction • Collaborate with IT administrators, software development teams, vendors, and other technical teams to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner • Complete documentation of problems, conducted analysis and adopted decisions in relevant systems • Provide regular technical feedback to software development and product teams to improve applications Requirements: • Higher education in computer science, information technology or related field (preferred) • Experience in applications support position • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server-based systems • Ability to analyze and effectively solve technical problems • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams • Experience using technical documentation production and support tools • Knowledge of IT service management principles • Knowledge of English and Georgian languages (mandatory) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively with various technical teams • High level of responsibility • Ability to work independently and in a team • Ability to work in a force majeure situation • Itil certification will be an advantage • Knowledge of the Ukrainian language will be considered an advantage We offer: • Health insurance - fully funded from the first working day • Birthday Day Off - an extra paid day off on your birthday • Day Off - an additional 3 paid days off during the year for personal time • Special discounts in fitness halls, hotels and various catering establishments • Financial support during important life events - in case of getting married and having a child • Professional development opportunities • Financing of qualification trainings
