Call center operator 1000 ₾ Duties: • Management of incoming and outgoing communication (incoming/outgoing calls, Meta-messenger) • Smooth, effective communication with the customer, determining the needs and offering the appropriate service • Processing of requests and forwarding to the appropriate department • Providing information to the user about the current status of the order • Knowledge of the standards established in the company • Performing the tasks specified by the immediate supervisor within the competences Requirements: • One year work experience in a similar position is preferred • Knowledge of foreign languages at a conversational level is desirable for communication with the customer • Knowledge of office programs at an average level • Experience working in CRM platform is preferred • Detail oriented • High sense of responsibility • Sociability • Ability to work independently and in a team We offer: • Fixed 1000 GEL net. + monthly bonus • Friendly and development-oriented working environment • The possibility of career advancement • Health insurance funded by the company
