Marketing Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Developing and managing the marketing and branding strategy of the company's construction projects • Planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns • Organization of traditional media and outdoor advertising campaigns • Effective marketing budget distribution and cost control • Working closely with the sales team to attract potential customers • Constant analysis of the market, competitors and customer requirements • Content control of the company's website and social media platforms Requirements: • Higher education in marketing, business administration or PR • At least 2 years of work experience in the position of marketing manager (work experience in the construction sector will be considered an advantage) • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools • Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English languages (knowledge of Russian language is desirable) • High presentation and negotiation skills We offer: • Competitive remuneration and bonus system • Friendly and dynamic work environment • Experience of working on interesting and large-scale projects
