Technical Department Supervisor 1800 - 2000 ₾ Duties: • Organizing and controlling the daily activities of the technical department • Allocation of tasks and performance monitoring of technical team employees (electrician, plumber, craftsmen and others) • Taking care of the proper operation of the apart-hotel's engineering systems (electricity, water supply, heating-cooling, etc.) • Rapid identification of current technical problems and organization of solutions • Planning of scheduled and preventive maintenance works • Timely response to technical requests of guests and departments • Control of technical inventory and materials, presentation of needs • Reporting of work performance to the supervisor • Compliance with safety standards during technical work Requirements: • Experience working in a similar position (experience in the hotel/apart-hotel field will be considered an advantage) • Knowledge of technical systems and ability to diagnose problems • Team management experience • High sense of responsibility and promptness • Organization and ability to work independently We offer: • Remuneration: 1800-2000 GEL (according to qualification)

ტექნიკური დეპარტამენტის ზედამხედველი 1800 - 2000 ₾ მოვალეობები: • ტექნიკური დეპარტამენტის ყოველდღიური საქმიანობის ორგანიზება და კონტროლი • ტექნიკური ჯგუფის თანამშრომლების (ელექტრიკოსი, სანტექნიკოსი, ხელოსნები და სხვა) დავალებების განაწილება და შესრულების მონიტორინგი • აპარტ-სასტუმროს საინჟინრო სისტემების გამართულ მუშაობაზე ზრუნვა (ელექტროობა, წყალმომარაგება, გათბობა-გაგრილება და სხვა) • მიმდინარე ტექნიკური პრობლემების სწრაფი იდენტიფიცირება და გადაწყვეტის ორგანიზება • გეგმიური და პრევენციული ტექნიკური სამუშაოების დაგეგმვა • სტუმრებისა და დეპარტამენტების ტექნიკურ მოთხოვნებზე დროული რეაგირება • ტექნიკური ინვენტარისა და მასალების კონტროლი, საჭიროებების წარდგენა • სამუშაოების შესრულების ანგარიშგება ხელმძღვანელთან • უსაფრთხოების სტანდარტების დაცვა ტექნიკური სამუშაოებისას მოთხოვნები: • მსგავს პოზიციაზე მუშაობის გამოცდილება (სასტუმრო/აპარტ-სასტუმრო სფეროში გამოცდილება ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად) • ტექნიკური სისტემების ცოდნა და პრობლემების დიაგნოსტირების უნარი • გუნდის მართვის გამოცდილება • პასუხისმგებლობის მაღალი გრძნობა და ოპერატიულობა • ორგანიზებულობა და დამოუკიდებლად მუშაობის უნარი ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • ანაზღაურება: 1800-2000 ლარი (კვალიფიკაციის შესაბამისად)
