Hello everyone In Made of Storm we are looking for a Lawyer in PSP. You will have to work with payment providers and complex cases. Location: Serbia, Belgrade What to do: -Supporting onboarding and periodic inspections of foreign companies in banks and payment organizations; -Conducting business correspondence and interaction with external partners: banks and payment providers; -Coordinating the collection of additional information and documents from internal teams to prepare responses to requests from banks and payment providers; -Legal support for current operational activities; -Analysis of draft contracts taking into account legal risks and internal company policies; -Preparation and support of contracts, including those related to the connection of new payment solutions. What we expect: -Higher legal education; -Fluent command of English at level C1 (most of the work is conducted in English, including business and legal correspondence, document analysis and communication with partners); -Attentiveness, responsibility, readiness for teamwork; -Ability to analyze documents, think systematically and work effectively in multitasking conditions; -Interest in international law, banking and payment regulation, as well as a desire to develop professionally in these areas. Локация: Сербия, Белград Что нужно делать: -Сопровождение онбордингов и периодических проверок иностранных компаний в банках и платёжных организациях; -Ведение деловой переписки и взаимодействие с внешними партнёрами: банками и платёжными провайдерами; -Координация сбора дополнительной информации и документов у внутренних команд для подготовки ответов на запросы банков и платёжных провайдеров; -Юридическая поддержка текущей операционной деятельности; -Анализ проектов договоров с учётом юридических рисков и внутренних политик компании; -Подготовка и сопровождение договоров, в том числе связанных с подключением новых платёжных решений. Что ожидаем: -Высшее юридическое образование; -Свободное владение английским языком на уровне C1 (большая часть работы ведётся на английском языке, включая деловую и юридическую переписку, анализ документов и коммуникацию с партнёрами); -Внимательность, ответственность, готовность к командной работе; -Умение анализировать документы, системно мыслить и эффективно работать в условиях многозадачности; -Интерес к международному праву, банковскому и платёжному регулированию, а также желание профессионально развиваться в этих направлениях.
