Manager of the Mosaic retail chain in Batumi 100,000 – 140,000 ₽ before taxes Responsibilities: • Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of standards and regulations for the work of store personnel; • Formation of the store workforce (recruitment, organization of mentoring and adaptation of new employees, conducting personnel certification); training and education of store managers; • Interaction with the commercial service on the implementation of the assortment, pricing and marketing policies of the network in order to achieve economic indicators; • Participation in the network development program, assistance in the search and expert assessment of proposed retail space for opening stores; • Carrying out inspections of the general condition of stores using checklists; Requirements: • Knowledge of Russian and Georgian languages; • Experience in retail trade; • Higher education; We offer: • Official registration according to the Labor Code of Georgia, full social package; • Medical insurance; • Working hours: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00, Sat and Sun - days off; • Salary: salary + bonuses for completing assigned tasks; • Traveling nature of the work (regular visits to stores on a schedule) + office.
