HR manager/recruiter (with knowledge of Ukrainian) 400 dollars (≈ 1000 lari) Responsibilities: • Conduct the full recruiting cycle: from receiving an application to making an offer to the candidate. • Work with mid- and top-level vacancies (in sales, HR, operations, production and IT areas). • Post vacancies, respond and actively search for candidates through hh, LinkedIn, social networks, databases and direct search. • Conduct initial interviews, competency assessments and introduce candidates to the client. • Communicate with the customer, track the status and provide feedback. • Keep records and reports on closed positions in CRM. • Work in a team and participate in the development of internal recruiting processes. Requirements: • Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is required. • Experience in personnel selection is important. • Confident knowledge of candidate search tools (hh, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, etc.). • Competent oral and written communication (Russian, Azerbaijani; English will be a plus). • Responsibility, independence, proactivity. • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. HR менеджер/рекрутер ( со знанием украинского языка) 400 дол (≈ 1000 лари) Обязанности: • Вести полный цикл рекрутинга: от получения заявки до оффера кандидату. • Работать с вакансиями среднего и топ-уровня (в продажах, HR, операционном, производственном и IT-направлениях). • Размещать вакансии, вести отклики и активно искать кандидатов через hh, LinkedIn, соцсети, базы и прямой поиск. • Проводить первичные интервью, оценку компетенций и представлять кандидатов клиенту. • Вести коммуникацию с заказчиком, отслеживать статус и давать фидбек. • Вести учёт и отчётность по закрытым позициям в CRM. • Работать в команде и участвовать в развитии внутренних процессов рекрутинга. Требования: • Знание украинского языка — обязательно. • Опыт в подборе персонала - важен. • Уверенное владение инструментами поиска кандидатов (hh, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook и т.д.). • Грамотная устная и письменная речь (русский, азербайджанский; английский — будет плюсом). • Ответственность, самостоятельность, проактивность. • Умение работать в режиме многозадачности и соблюдать сроки.
