Architect-designer Salary by agreement. Responsibilities: • Creation of drawings and 3D models of premises • Development of exterior design projects • Creation of drawings and 3D models of buildings • Preparation of design solutions based on architectural sketches • Development of layouts and optimization of space use • Compliance with construction and architectural norms and standards when developing design solutions • Selection of building materials • Reading construction drawings and diagrams Requirements: • Experience in the design of residential buildings (multi-storey) from 3-5 years • Confident knowledge of modern CAD systems and software used in design • Knowledge of design standards, codes and regulations and their combination with the actual construction process, including an economic point of view We offer: • Office work • Social package • Vacation • Medical expenses • Schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
