We are looking for a foreman / construction coordinator in Berlin For current and future projects for the renovation and complete finishing of apartments in Berlin, we are looking for a responsible and experienced foreman/construction work coordinator. Responsibilities: • Organization and coordination of the work of craftsmen • Regular monitoring of facilities • Quality control of work performed • Monitoring the timing and progress of repairs • Coordination of procurement and availability of materials • Solving current issues at sites • Photo report on the progress of work • Monitoring the completion of work and preparing the facility for delivery Payment: 500 € for each object / apartment 20 € per hour for additional agreed work and additional time The schedule is flexible and depends on the number of current objects. At the moment there are few objects, but we are interested in long-term cooperation and increasing the volume of work. Requirements: • Experience in apartment renovation and interior decoration • Understanding of basic construction and finishing works • Ability to organize the work of craftsmen • Responsibility and independence • Quality control and compliance with deadlines • Driver's license will be an advantage Berlin If you are interested, please write in private messages.
