cost accountant Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Initial cost estimation: preparation of documentation and filling in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) in Excel tables • Market monitoring: periodic verification of prices of MEP materials and equipment in the local and international market, communication with suppliers and solicitation of commercial proposals. (in consultation with the procurement department) • Accounting of performed works: comparison of the volumes of works actually performed on the object with the project estimate • Assisting tenders: processing technical and financial data in the process of tender documentation preparation. Preparation of a complete package of tender documents, agreement on pricing with the customer according to quality Requirements: • Desirable: higher education • Preference will be given to: engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil) or construction management (students are also considered) • Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data processing) • MS Project (formulas, data processing) • Orientation to details and working with numbers with high precision • Team work and quick learning ability • Punctuality and responsible approach to work
