Duties: • Implementation of individual plans established for branch/service center employees • Opening/closing accounts within the scope of client services, performing any type of operations related to accounts • Collecting data on creditworthiness of clients, ensuring accuracy of information • Providing high-quality services to existing and potential clients of the bank Requirements: • Higher education • At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector in the direction of customer service (operational and credit direction). • Experience in selling credit products is necessary • Knowledge of banking programs will be preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Effective communication skills • Ability to convey information correctly and convincingly • Sense of responsibility • Ability to work in a team • Ability to be detail oriented We offer: • Friendly working environment
