Learning, Performance and Transformation Specialist Salary according to agreement Обязанности: • Coordinating important HR projects and quality performance management, using project-based approaches to ensure timely, efficient and results-oriented implementation of initiatives • Analyzing HR processes and work practices, evaluating effectiveness and proposing improvement initiatives based on Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement principles • Identify and support opportunities to use artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital technologies both in the HR function and across the organization to increase efficiency and develop modern work approaches • Identification of employee development needs, taking into account the transformation of the organization, technological changes and business goals; With a focus on developing competencies related to artificial intelligence (AI), digital tools, new technologies and increased efficiency. Formation, coordination, implementation and periodic updating of the organization's Learning & Development strategy and plans in active cooperation with relevant departments, to ensure compliance with the Bank's strategic goals and future needs • Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented training and development initiatives, analyzing the results and identifying opportunities for improvement, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the bank's investments in employee development and their impact on the organization's results. • Performance Management process coordination and support for effective functioning, as well as identifying and developing opportunities to improve the process and manage it more effectively, to ensure compliance of the Performance Management system with the organization's goals • Production of HR analytics, collection, processing and analysis of HR data in order to identify trends, indicators and key findings related to processes; Using analysis results to evaluate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the formulation of appropriate follow-up actions and initiatives Требования: • Higher education in HR, business administration, management, economics or related field • At least 2 years of work experience in the field of HR, preferably in Performance Management, Learning & in the direction of Development, Organizational Development or HR project management • Practical project management experience and ability to see things through • Experience in process analysis and improvement • Strong analytical and structured thinking • Knowledge of AI tools and ability to use them practically • Ability to effectively use MS Excel and data analysis tools, as well as experience in preparing structured and professional presentations; Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage • Knowledge of the English language at a high level (C1) We offer: • Stable working environment • International standards and professional growth
