My name is Natalia, and I am looking for an experienced team leader who wants to combine technical expertise with team development. We are scaling a platform for managing growth processes and a portfolio of mobile subscription applications. What we offer: • Salary up to $5,000 gross/month. • Location: Poland (Warsaw) or other European countries. • Full assistance with relocation after IP, if you decide to relocate • Format: remotely from anywhere in the world (Russian Federation and Belarus) or hybrid with an office in Warsaw of your choice. Your role: You will lead a team of 4-5 developers, responsible for release quality, architecture and people management. This is a position for those who do not want to move away from code, but are ready to take responsibility for people and processes. Stack: • Backend (60%): Node.js, Express/NestJS/Fastify, Docker, K8s, Terraform/Pulumi, GCP. • Frontend (40%): Vue 2/Nuxt, React/Next.js, TypeScript. • Pros: React Native, ML/Data integration, Stripe.
