Fullstack Senior / Team Lead (AI/ML Focus) Details in PM Position: Senior / Team Lead Fullstack (with focus on integration of AI/ML solutions) Location: Poland (other European countries) Salary: up to 5,000 USD gross per month Format: remotely or with a visit to the office in Warsaw (optional). About the project: We are developing a portfolio of mobile subscription applications in the utility sector and a scalable JavaScript platform for managing growth processes. We are actively implementing AI features to personalize and automate processes. We are looking for an experienced full stack team leader with strong people management skills and an understanding of product metrics to lead a team of 4-5 people. You will be responsible for the quality, timing, stability of releases and the successful integration of AI solutions into the product. Stack: Frontend: Vue 2, Nuxt, React, Next.js, TypeScript; React Native is an advantage. Backend: Node.js, Express, NestJS, Fastify. AI/Data: Integration with LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), vector databases, ML services. Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi, Firebase, GCP. Additional: Stripe, API integrations, analytics. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in developing complex web and mobile applications. Proficiency in Vue 3/Nuxt or React/Next.js + Node.js/NestJS or Go. Deep experience in Flutter or React Native, understanding of native development (iOS/Android) to create custom modules. Experience in building scalable systems (Microservices, Micro-frontends), working with high loads (WebSockets, queues, Redis caching). Ability to set up CI/CD from scratch, work with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud providers (AWS/GCP). Practical experience in implementing LLM and AI features in product scenarios. Experience in leading a team (3+ people), mentoring, conducting code reviews and building development processes. Experience in FinTech, Crypto/Web3 or High-load delivery marketplaces will be an advantage.
