Marketing Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Creation and implementation of marketing strategy • Annual and quarterly marketing plan development and implementation and reporting • Determination of brand positioning and formation of communication messages • Analysis of the competitive environment and market research • Support the sales team with presentations, catalogs and promotional materials • Planning, organization and implementation of events, product presentations, trainings, partnership activities and exhibitions (stand concept, design, materials, price research, logistics), evaluation of event results • Creation of social media content strategy (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok and others) • Compiling a monthly/quarterly social media calendar • Sourcing the content of the post texts from the technical team and coordinating the preparation • Planning of advertising campaigns and analysis of results • Creating visual concepts and video materials (banners, catalogs, brochures, presentations, image and product videos), organizing shootings and protecting the brand's visual identity • Managing the company's website and E-commerce direction, updating content, uploading products, controlling prices, planning campaigns and improving user experience (UX) • Coordination of marketing activities with international brands (Hvac and engineering materials manufacturers) • Managing brand communication: planning seasonal and image campaigns, press releases, media communication and maintaining brand standards in chain stores. Requirements: • Higher education in marketing, business administration or related field • 1-3 years of experience in the field of marketing • Coordination of social media management process • Knowledge and work experience of digital channels • Experience working with Adobe, Canva, CapCut or other design programs • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite We offer: • Working format: full time, Monday/Friday, 10:00-19:00 or 9:00-18:00 • Location: Tbilisi: Mukhran Machavariani 65 and Stanislavki N1
