hotline operator 1000 ₾ Duties: • Receiving incoming phone calls and customer service • Advising customers on issues related to company services, terminations, debt and payment terms • Redirection of the user's request to the appropriate technical service • Responding to incoming messages on social networks • Customer support on other issues related to the company's activities Requirements: • Secondary and/or higher education • Experience of working in a similar position • Basic knowledge of MS Office programs • Knowledge of a foreign language/languages at a conversational level is desirable • Effective communication skills • Customer focus and high quality service • Ability to negotiate • Orientation to details • Ability to perform several tasks in parallel • High sense of responsibility
