Electricity is the head of the direction of weak currents Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Formation and implementation of the direction's technical strategy, standards and work methodologies • System level management of the technical part of ongoing projects and control of ongoing operations on the site • Management of site engineers, development, allocation to projects and control of their technical work • Ensuring feasibility, optimization and standards compliance of technical decisions made on projects • High-level revision of technical solutions, drawings, specifications and engineering documentation • Standardization of Shop Drawings, Method Statements, Checklists and other technical documentation • Participation in the technical selection of materials and approval of critical technical decisions • Ensuring uniform technical approach and engineering standards for all projects • Identifying systemic technical risks and developing ways of optimization • Participation in strategic planning of engineering resources, brigades and subcontractors • Evaluating the performance of site engineers and subcontractors and providing appropriate feedback • Implementation of knowledge sharing, technical training and best practices • Active coordination with project managers, procurement and QA/QC departments • Participating in resolving complex technical issues and managing escalations • Verification of authenticity of drawings, calculations, compliance with BOQ, technical details, installation solutions and integration of various systems Requirements: • Higher technical education in electrical engineering, energy, automation or weak current systems is preferred • At least 5 years of experience working in electrical and weak current systems • Experience in managing an engineering team or direction • Practical experience of Shop Drawings, As-Built documentation and technical revision • Ability to analyze BOQs, calculations and technical specifications • Knowledge of integration of various engineering systems • Knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering programs • Experience of working with international standards • Experience in managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams • High sense of responsibility, leadership skills and high attention to technical details • Experience working on large scale construction / MEP projects is preferred • Knowledge of foreign languages: English, Russian We offer: • Workplace: 65 Mikheil Machavariani Street • Working schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00; 09:00-18:00 • Business trip across Georgia: 2-3 days per month on average

ელექტროობაა სუსტი დენების მიმართულების ხელმძღვანელი ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • მიმართულების ტექნიკური სტრატეგიის, სტანდარტებისა და სამუშაო მეთოდოლოგიების ფორმირება და დანერგვა • მიმდინარე პროექტების ტექნიკური ნაწილის სისტემურ დონეზე მართვა და საიტზე მიმდინარე ოპერაციების კონტროლი • საიტ ინჟინრების ხელმძღვანელობა, განვითარება, პროექტებზე განაწილება და მათი ტექნიკური მუშაობის კონტროლი • პროექტებზე მიღებული ტექნიკური გადაწყვეტილებების შესრულებადობის, ოპტიმიზაციისა და სტანდარტებთან შესაბამისობის უზრუნველყოფა • ტექნიკური გადაწყვეტების, ნახაზების, სპეციფიკაციებისა და საინჟინრო დოკუმენტაციის მაღალი დონის რევიზია • Shop Drawing-ების, Method Statement-ების, Checklist-ებისა და სხვა ტექნიკური დოკუმენტაციის სტანდარტიზაცია • მასალების ტექნიკურ შერჩევაში მონაწილეობა და კრიტიკული ტექნიკური გადაწყვეტილებების დამტკიცება • ყველა პროექტზე ერთიანი ტექნიკური მიდგომისა და საინჟინრო სტანდარტების უზრუნველყოფა • სისტემური ტექნიკური რისკების იდენტიფიცირება და ოპტიმიზაციის გზების შემუშავება • საინჟინრო რესურსების, ბრიგადებისა და ქვეკონტრაქტორების სტრატეგიულ დაგეგმვაში მონაწილეობა • საიტ ინჟინრებისა და ქვეკონტრაქტორების მუშაობის შეფასება და შესაბამისი უკუკავშირის მიწოდება • ცოდნის გაზიარების, ტექნიკური ტრენინგებისა და საუკეთესო პრაქტიკების დანერგვა • პროექტის მენეჯერებთან, შესყიდვების და QA/QC დეპარტამენტებთან აქტიური კოორდინაცია • რთული ტექნიკური საკითხების გადაწყვეტაში და ესკალაციების მართვაში მონაწილეობა • ნახაზების ავთენტურობის, კალკულაციების, BOQ-თან შესაბამისობის, ტექნიკური დეტალების, საინსტალაციო გადაწყვეტებისა და სხვადასხვა სისტემების ინტეგრაციის შემოწმება მოთხოვნები: • სასურველია უმაღლესი ტექნიკური განათლება ელექტროინჟინერიის, ენერგეტიკის, ავტომატიზაციის ან სუსტი დენების სისტემების მიმართულებით • ელექტროობისა და სუსტი დენების სისტემებში მუშაობის მინიმუმ 5-წლიანი გამოცდილება • საინჟინრო გუნდის ან მიმართულების მართვის გამოცდილება • Shop Drawing-ების, As-Built დოკუმენტაციისა და ტექნიკური რევიზიის პრაქტიკული გამოცდილება • BOQ-ების, კალკულაციების და ტექნიკური სპეციფიკაციების ანალიზის უნარი • სხვადასხვა საინჟინრო სისტემების ინტეგრაციის ცოდნა • AutoCAD-ისა და საინჟინრო პროგრამების ცოდნა • საერთაშორისო სტანდარტებთან მუშაობის გამოცდილება • ქვეკონტრაქტორებისა და მრავალდისციპლინური გუნდების მართვის გამოცდილება • პასუხისმგებლობის მაღალი გრძნობა, ლიდერული უნარები და ტექნიკური დეტალების მიმართ მაღალი ყურადღება • სასურველია დიდი მასშტაბის სამშენებლო / MEP პროექტებზე მუშაობის გამოცდილება • უცხო ენების ცოდნა: ინგლისური, რუსული ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • სამუშაო ადგილი: მიხეილ მაჭავარიანის ქუჩა 65 • სამუშაო გრაფიკი: ორშაბათი - პარასკევი, 10:00 - 19:00 ; 09:00-18:00 • მივლინება საქართველოს მასშტაბით: თვეში საშუალოდ 2-3 დღე
