Purchasing Specialist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Negotiations with international and local suppliers, agreement on commercial terms • Finding, evaluating and managing the supplier base of new manufacturers and suppliers • Analysis of purchase requirements, receipt of price offers, comparison and preparation of optimal purchase decisions • Import process coordination - from order to delivery, including control of relevant documentation • Organization of international shipments and coordination with suppliers/transport companies • Analysis of costs related to purchases, budget control and identification of optimization opportunities • Close collaboration with technical and sales teams to agree product specifications, timelines and delivery terms • Preparation of periodic reports related to procurement and delivery process for management Requirements: • At least 2 years of work experience in international procurement, import/export or supply chain management • Knowledge of the English language - at a high level (written and oral) • Knowledge of the Russian language - at the working level • Knowledge of office programs (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) at a high level We offer: • Fixed salary + quarterly bonus

შესყიდვების სპეციალისტი ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • საერთაშორისო და ადგილობრივ მომწოდებლებთან მოლაპარაკებების წარმოება, კომერციული პირობების შეთანხმება • ახალი მწარმოებლებისა და მომწოდებლების მოძიება, შეფასება და მომწოდებელთა ბაზის მართვა • შესყიდვების მოთხოვნების ანალიზი, ფასთა შეთავაზებების მიღება, შედარება და ოპტიმალური შესყიდვის გადაწყვეტილებების მომზადება • იმპორტის პროცესის კოორდინაცია -שეკვეთიდან მიწოდებამდე, შესაბამისი დოკუმენტაციის კონტროლის ჩათვლით • საერთაშორისო გადაზიდვების ორგანიზება და მომწოდებლებთან/სატრანსპორტო კომპანიებთან კოორდინაცია • შესყიდვებთან დაკავშირებული ხარჯების ანალიზი, ბიუჯეტის კონტროლი და ოპტიმიზაციის შესაძლებლობების იდენტიფიცირება • ტექნიკურ და გაყიდვების გუნდებთან მჭიდრო თანამშრომლობა პროდუქციის სპეციფიკაციების, ვადებისა და მიწოდების პირობების შეთანხმების მიზნით • შესყიდვებისა და მიწოდების პროცესთან დაკავშირებული პერიოდული ანგარიშების მომზადება მენეჯმენტისთვის მოთხოვნები: • მინიმუმ 2 წლიანი სამუშაო გამოცდილება საერთაშორისო შესყიდვების, იმპორტის/ექსპორტის ან მიწოდების ჯაჭვის მართვის მიმართულებით • ინგლისური ენის ცოდნა - მაღალ დონეზე (წერილობით და ზეპირად) • რუსული ენის ცოდნა - სამუშაო დონეზე • საოფისე პროგრამების (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) მაღალ დონეზე ცოდნა ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • ფიქსირებული ხელფასი + კვარტალური ბონუსი
