Store Manager 2000 ₾ Duties: • Quality control of the work performed by subordinate staff • Proper delegation of work to subordinate staff • Quality control of personnel services • Control of quantities of ordered products • Control of the store's daily merchandise (cash, non-cash) • Z file production • Overhead accounting • Controlling the accuracy of quantities of existing products • Controlling the accuracy of pricing and placement of products • Participation in the inventory process • Timely notification of lack of products / inventory in his store to the immediate supervisor • Taking care of the training of new staff (internships). • Control of arrival/departure/break hours of employees • Shop cleanliness control Requirements: • Experience of working in a similar position • Knowledge of the English language at a conversational level • Knowledge of service standards (service +). • Experience working with a cash register • Knowledge of office programs • High sense of responsibility • Knowledge of customer relationship ethics We offer: • Bonus
