Mither Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Creating a positive first impression for visitors with energetic, friendly and professional communication • Reception/service of guests and potential clients (in the showroom) • Identifying the needs of clients and redirecting them in the appropriate direction (with sales, service representatives, etc.) • Introducing Toyota's values and services to customers, emphasizing the company's reliability and quality • Compliance with work standards and effective overcoming of possible delays • Active participation in feedback and improvement process • Meeting/exceeding defined individual and team goals • Engaging in a professional, friendly and results-oriented work environment • Offering coffee/water to guests and creating a comfortable atmosphere • Control over the cleanliness and orderly environment of the showroom, timely response if necessary • Checking the stocks of promotional materials needed in the showroom and, if necessary, timely replenishment of materials/supplies Requirements: • Communication and sales skills • Knowledge of English language at least B2 level is mandatory • Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Effective time management and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new situations • Competitive nature and internal motivation — to achieve goals and self-development • Knowledge of working with technology (computer, software, telephone systems) • Professional behavior and high sense of responsibility • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment We offer: • Stable employment in an international brand - in accordance with Toyota's global standards • Paid trainings and opportunity to develop professional skills • Friendly and team work environment where results are valued • Prospect of career growth in the showroom and other departments of the company • Social package and employee-oriented conditions • Modern, comfortable working environment
