Problem Asset Management Officer Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Communication with problematic borrowers, conducting negotiations for debt repayment and/or restructuring • Organize vehicle tracking, identification and return process as needed • Carrying out on-site visits to overdue customers • Picking up/transporting the vehicle to the location determined by the company • Detailed representation of visits and cases in the CRM system • Compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements • Performing other duties of the immediate supervisor depending on the position held • Coordinated work with other departments Requirements: • Higher education • Experience in problem asset management, collection, enforcement and/or security is mandatory • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) - knowledge at consumer level • Privately owned car • Valid driver's license • Motivated and responsible • sociable; With strong negotiation skills • Refined conversational style and persuasiveness • Result oriented We offer: • Fixed + monthly bonus • Full financing of fuel costs • The budget required for the technical condition of the vehicle • Health insurance • Opportunity for professional growth and development • Dynamic and result-oriented working environment
