Assistant of a reproductive medicine doctor Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Production of medical documentation, recording and entering data into the medical program (Webmed Core). • Implementation of reservations for studies prescribed for the patient • Planning patient visits • Planning a repeat consultation within the framework of the initial consultation • Making phone calls to obtain additional patient information • Protection of confidentiality of information on patients Requirements: • Medical education, completed residency (obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive medicine) • Knowledge of the English language (and knowledge of another language will be considered a priority) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) at consumer level • Pursuit of professional development • Ability to work in a stressful environment • Orientation to details • Good communication skills • Ability to feel responsible • Ability to work in a team • Quick learning ability • Ability to think analytically • Punctuality • Hard work We offer: • Remuneration (salary) - by agreement
