Вакансия из города Tbilisi 24-hour cashier-operator 1700 - 2500 ₾ Duties: • Hardware pawnshop, gold pawnshop, currency conversion • Quality, accurate, fast and qualified customer service • Polite, friendly and warm attitude towards the customer • Interviewing the customer, registering a loan request from him and familiarizing him with the pawnshop procedures and rates • Assessment of collateral • Signing of agreements and act of valuation of valuables • Transfer of received jewelry to storage • Issuance of loans in the appropriate software • Full or partial return of jewelry upon full or partial repayment of the loan • In the case of overdue credits, compliance with the procedures related to the sale within the established terms • Welcoming customers and creating a good environment • Communicating with the customer and converting the appropriate amount • Recording and archiving of relevant documentation • Carrying out verification processes according to the legislation (as necessary) • Maintaining order and keeping the work office in order Requirements: • Preferred: Pawn shop/microfinance organization/currency exchange office (work at the cashier)//bank (work at the cashier)/, hardware store (must be familiar with hardware) • Ability to think logically • Sense of responsibility • Good ability to absorb • Willingness/motivation • Ability to work in a team • Ability to organize and plan • Languages - Georgian (well), English and Russian (at an average level) • Punctuality • Respect for work • Ability to work smoothly in stressful situations We offer: • Working hours: 24 hours once every three days (the branch is closed from 00:00 at night to 08:00 in the morning due to the right to sleep) • It is also possible to arrange a time for students • Insurance and fitpass optional • One-month paid internship
