Personal Data Protection Officer Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Ensuring compliance of personal data processing processes with Georgian legislation • Development and implementation of internal data protection policies, procedures and regulations • Consulting employees and conducting trainings on data protection issues • Data security risk assessment and recommendations • Incident management, response and reporting to supervisory authority when necessary • Conducting a data protection audit and producing relevant documentation • Communication with the Data Protection Service and other interested parties Requirements: • Higher education (legal, cyber security, IT or other relevant field) • Work experience in the field of personal data protection (preferably min. 1 year) • Knowledge of the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection" and Gdpr • Experience in drafting policies and regulations • Ability to communicate and conduct trainings • Analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility We offer: • Friendly and professional working environment • Competitive remuneration • Flexible work schedule (if possible)

პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის ოფიცერი ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • პერსონალური მონაცემების დამუშავების პროცესების შესაბამისობის უზრუნველყოფა საქართველოს კანონმდებლობასთან • მონაცემთა დაცვის შიდა პოლიტიკების, პროცედურებისა და რეგულაციების შემუშავება და დანერგვა • თანამშრომლების კონსულტირება და ტრენინგების ჩატარება მონაცემთა დაცვის საკითხებზე • მონაცემთა უსაფრთხოების რისკების შეფასება და რეკომენდაციების გაცემა • ინციდენტების მართვა, რეაგირება და ანგარიშგება ზედამხედველ ორგანოსთან საჭიროების შემთხვევაში • მონაცემთა დაცვის აუდიტის ჩატარება და შესაბამისი დოკუმენტაციის წარმოება • კომუნიკაცია მონაცემთა დაცვის სამსახურთან და სხვა დაინტერესებულ მხარეებთან მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი განათლება (იურიდიული, კიბერუსაფრთხოების, IT ან სხვა შესაბამისი მიმართულებით) • პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის სფეროში მუშაობის გამოცდილება (სასურველია მინ. 1 წელი) • საქართველოს კანონის "პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ" და Gdpr-ის ცოდნა • პოლიტიკებისა და რეგულაციების შედგენის გამოცდილება • კომუნიკაციისა და ტრენინგების ჩატარების უნარი • ანალიტიკური აზროვნება და მაღალი პასუხისმგებლობის გრძნობა ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • მეგობრული და პროფესიონალური სამუშაო გარემო • კონკურენტული ანაზღაურება • მოქნილი სამუშაო გრაფიკი (თუ ეს შესაძლებელია)
