Psychologist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Conducts a personal file on each beneficiary about their psychological condition • Within the scope of his/her competence, he/she will detect the case of violence of the inmate of the MST home and immediately transfer the information to the leader/educator of the MST home and the program manager. • In the event that the fact of violence is established, in agreement with the guardian, the leader/guardian of the MST house and the program manager, the guardian will be provided with psychological assistance. • Participates in the development of an individual service plan and implementation of the plan together with other specialists involved in the management of violence cases • Investigates the psychological causes of the beneficiary's academic retardation and antisocial behavior and carries out appropriate corrective work within the scope of his competence (group and individual) • Contributes to reveal the potential and individuality of the beneficiary and guide them in the optimal direction • To determine the progress of ongoing and conducted psychological work, he uses various techniques: testing, interview, etc. Sh. • If necessary, he consults with the staff of the MST house • Offers assistance to parents/family members of beneficiaries (if they wish) through counseling • Provides information regarding progress, possible problems or unforeseen changes to the MST House Leader/Educator and Program Manager • Submits a written report on the work performed to the program manager at agreed intervals Requirements: • Higher education (psychologist) • It is desirable to have passed the training course of the educator, which is agreed with the Ministry of IDPs from the occupied territories of Georgia, Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Protection • At least two years of experience working with children and adolescents (experience working with children with difficult behavior is preferred) • Skills to work in a stressful environment, experience in managing crisis situations • Good communication skills, experience working in a team • Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language • Knowledge of office programs at an average level • Writing and analytical skills • Respect for other nationalities, religions and beliefs • Ability to perform work with minimal supervision • Establishing and maintaining a successful and purposeful relationship • Professional, conscientious and loyal • Strong teamwork skills, proper management of daily relationships with colleagues • Desirable: Knowledge of charity/volunteering • Empathic We offer: • Long-term, subject to a six-month probationary period

ფსიქოლოგი ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • თითოეულ ბენეფიციარზე აწარმოებს პირად საქმეს მათი ფსიქოლოგიური მდგომარეობის შესახებ • თავისი კომპეტენციის ფარგლებში გამოავლენს მსტ სახლის აღსაზრდელის ძალადობის შემთხვევას და ინფორმაციას დაუყოვნებლივ გადასცემს მსტ სახლის ლიდერ/აღმზრდელს და პროგრამის მენეჯერს • იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ დადგინდა ძალადობის ფაქტი, აღმზრდელთან, მსტ სახლის ლიდერ/აღმზრდელთან და პროგრამის მენეჯერთან შეთანხმებით უზრუნველყოფს აღსაზრდელს ფსიქოლოგიური დახმარებით • ძალადობის შემთხვევის მართვისას სხვა ჩართულ სპეციალისტებთან ერთად მონაწილეობს ინდივიდუალური მომსახურების გეგმის შემუშავებასა და გეგმის განხორციელებაში • იკვლევს ბენეფიციარის აკადემიური ჩამორჩენილობის და ასოციალური ქცევის ფსიქოლოგიურ მიზეზებს და ატარებს შესაბამის საკორექციო მუშაობას თავისი კომპეტენციის ფარგლებში (ჯგუფური და ინდივიდუალური) • ხელს უწყობს ბენეფიციარის პოტენციალისა და ინდივიდუალურობის გამოვლენას და ოპტიმალური მიმართულებით წარმართვას • მიმდინარე და ჩატარებული ფსიქოლოგიური სამუშაოების პროგრესის განსაზღვრისთვის იყენებს სხვადასხვა ტექნიკას: ტესტირებას, ინტერვიუს და ა. შ. • საჭიროების შემთხვევაში კონსულტაციას უწევს მსტ სახლის თანამშრომლებს • კონსულტირების გზით დახმარებას სთავაზობს ბენეფიციართა მშობლებს/ოჯახის წევრებს (მათი სურვილის შემთხვევაში) • მსტ სახლის ლიდერ/აღმზრდელს და პროგრამის მენეჯერს აწვდის ინფორმაციას პროგრესთან, შესაძლო პრობლემებთან ან გაუთვალისწინებელ ცვლილებებთან დაკავშირებით • პროგრამის მენეჯერს, შეთანხმებული პერიოდულობით, წარუდგენს წერილობით ანგარიშს შესრულებული სამუშაოს შესახებ მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი განათლება (ფსიქოლოგი) • სასურველია გავლილი ჰქონდეს აღმზრდელის სატრენინგო კურსი, რომელიც შეთანხმებულია საქართველოს ოკუპირებული ტერიტორიებიდან დევნილთა, შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის სამინისტროსთან • ბავშვებთან და მოზარდებთან მუშაობის მინიმუმ ორწლიანი გამოცდილება (სასურველია რთული ქცევის ბავშვებთან მუშაობის გამოცდილება) • სტრესულ გარემოში მუშაობის უნარ-ჩვევები, კრიზისული სიტუაციების მართვის გამოცდილება • კომუნიკაციის კარგი უნარები, გუნდში მუშაობის გამოცდილება • ქართული ენის სრულყოფილი ცოდნა • საოფისე პროგრამების საშუალო დონეზე ცოდნა • წერითი და ანალიტიკური უნარები • სხვა ეროვნების, რელიგიებისა და შეხედულებების მიმართ პატივისცემა • მინიმალური ზედამხედველობით სამუშაოს შესრულების უნარი • წარმატებული და მიზანდასახული ურთიერთობის დამკვიდრება და შენარჩუნება • პროფესიონალი, კეთილსინდისიერი და ლოიალური • გუნდური მუშაობის ძლიერი უნარ-ჩვევები, კოლეგებთან ყოველდღიური ურთიერთობების სწორი წარმართვა • სასურველია: ქველმოქმედების/მოხალისეობის სფეროს ცოდნა • ემპათიური ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • გრძელვადიანი, ექვსთვიანი გამოსაცდელი ვადის პირობით
