Vacancy: Financial Controller & Treasury Stellar Card is a B2B fintech startup and leader in advertising payment infrastructure. We provide virtual cards for teams, with which they can pay advertising expenses from anywhere in the world, including with cryptocurrency. We are a reliable partner for Visa, Mastercard, Stripe and Circle. We are looking for a Controlling and Treasury Specialist who does not just work with finance, but builds effective financial processes and automates them. Your role will include: — automation of payment processes and reporting using n8n and other tools; — control of the company’s cash flows: tracking the movement of funds, including all payouts, transfers and money in transit; — carrying out reconciliations of balances, commissions and financial transactions; — implementation of the full cycle of payments: checking applications, preparing payments, monitoring execution and compliance with the payment calendar; — work in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase and other systems: control of payment requests, correctness of statuses, accounting automation; — control of liquidity level; — control of the correctness and completeness of financial data in accounting systems; — monitoring of client deposits, commissions and service charges; — analysis of deviations and dynamics of financial indicators; — control over the closure of management accounting periods. We expect from you: — experience in finance for at least 3 years; — understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers and account balances; — understanding of the P&L structure and cash flows; — level of English Intermediate and higher; - high level of attention to numbers and pedantry; — initiative in improving processes. It would be cool if there is: — experience with Airtable, Make, n8n or similar tools; — experience in building and automating treasury processes; — skills in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting. Мы ждем от тебя: — опыт работы в сфере финансов от 3 лет; — понимание движения денежных средств: платежей, переводов и остатков на счетах; — понимание структуры P&L и движений денежных средств; — уровень английского Intermediate и выше; — высокий уровень внимательности к числам и педантичности; — инициативность в улучшении процессов. Будет круто, если есть: — опыт работы с Airtable, Make, n8n или аналогичными инструментами; — опыт построения и автоматизации процессов казначейства; — навыки финансового моделирования и прогнозирования cash flow.
