price seller-distributor 1500 - 2500 ₾ Duties: • Inventory, assortment and merchandising control in DIY markets and distribution network • Optimization of assortment • Monitoring of DIY markets and distribution network at specified intervals • Organizing promotions and activities • Sales growth and plan execution • Establishing relationships with persons responsible for DIY markets and distribution networks and conducting negotiations on terms and conditions • Controlling the financial situation and taking care of debt collection • Controlling the effectiveness of subordinate promoters • Presentation of products and news - offer to managers of distribution network and DIY markets • Systematic monitoring of the market, in terms of prices, competitors and trends • Controlling the performance of given tasks and reporting to the supervisor • Growth of the distribution network, updating of object databases • Solving various organizational issues Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience as a distribution network development manager • Higher education • Knowledge of basic computer and office programs (MS Office) • Knowledge of English and Russian languages • Own car • High sense of responsibility • Orientation to the result • Punctuality and organization • Good communication and negotiation skills • Interest in news • Ability to analyze and report • Ability to manage processes We offer: • Remuneration in the amount of 2500 GEL on average including bonus (the first 3 months will be a paid trial period and only 1500 GEL salary will be given, without bonus) Bonus ranges from 400-1600 GEL • Trainings to study the products • Insurance package • Unlimited corporate number • All necessary conditions for effective work
