Requirements: • Experience in recruiting • Fluency in the Czech language is mandatory • Developed communication skills and openness • Interest in working with people and desire to develop in the field of HR • Analytical thinking and creative approach Responsibilities: • Search and selection of candidates • Conducting interviews • Evaluation of candidates and support at all stages of recruitment • Liaising with department heads regarding staffing needs Salary: Salary: fixed rate from 2⁠5⁠ 0⁠0⁠0⁠ kč + bonuses + KPI Work in the Czech Republic All channels
