The Cycle (a women’s health beverage brand founded and led by a US-based woman entrepreneur) is hiring a Growth Engineer to own and build their e-commerce growth engine. We’re looking for an engineer who wants to own growth end-to-end and use AI + automation to build systems that continuously improve. What you’ll own: — Shopify + Amazon growth — Paid acquisition experiments across Meta / Google / Amazon — Tracking, attribution & analytics — AI-agent workflows and automations — Lifecycle, email/SMS & subscriptions — Integrations across Shopify, Amazon, CRM and data What we’re looking for: — Engineering / data / automation background — Strong with APIs, scripting, SQL/Python — Hands-on martech / growth engineering experience — Daily user of LLMs + AI agents — Strong analytical & experimentation mindset — Comfortable owning things without being told what to do — Fluent English — Full-time, with strong US Pacific Time overlap You’ll work directly with the founder, with full ownership of the online growth stack and no layers in between., DM
