Head of Marketing Department of a Real Estate Agency 1000 – 2500 USD in hand Responsibilities: • Searching and hiring new teams of contractors (targetologists, contextologists, SMM specialists, etc.) and interaction with the existing team • Setting and monitoring the implementation of KPIs for contractors and internal teams • Participation in budget formation, its distribution, media planning and control over the implementation of plans • Launching, maintaining and monitoring advertising campaigns in various platforms • Analysis of advertising campaigns, testing new advertising channels and development of content marketing in the company Requirements: • Experience with contextual and targeted advertising from 2 years • Experience managing a team of 5 people or more • Knowledge of analytics systems and the ability to create funnels to attract leads • Experience working with advertising budgets from $20,000 • Understanding the audience, ability to segment and work with converters We offer: • Salary from $500 + motivational bonuses • Work schedule 5/2, full time • Training at company expense • Quick solutions and work with large advertising budgets • Opportunity for career growth
