Duties: • Performing geodetic, measuring and tracking works on the construction site • Accurately move project coordinates, axes, marks and points in place • Control of geometric accuracy of building constructions and compliance with project documentation • Checking heights, marks, horizontals and other geodetic parameters • Measurement of completed works, data processing and preparation of relevant geodetic drawings and documentation • Control and monitoring of the results of geodetic measurements • Use and maintenance of Total Station, GPS/Gnss, laser level and other geodetic tools • Comparison of the actual situation with the project documentation • Compliance with labor safety norms and rules at the construction site • Coordination with project manager, technical staff and construction team • Preparation of reports on the performed works and presentation to the supervisors Requirements: • Experience of working as a surveyor at a construction site • Working knowledge of Total Station, GPS/Gnss and other geodetic tools • Knowledge of AutoCAD • Ability to read design drawings • High accuracy, sense of responsibility and detail oriented • Ability to work in a team and communicate • Willingness to actively work on the construction site • Education in construction or geodesy • Knowledge of Civil 3D or other specialized programs • Experience working on multi-storey residential or hotel projects • Experience in preparation of executive drawings We offer: • Stable working environment in a growing development company • Competitive remuneration according to experience and qualifications • The possibility of professional development • Modern and professional working environment
