Realtor assistant at agency What is to be done? Place and update advertisements in different groups/chat rooms, adapting texts to the audience. Send information to target sites (be able to find new “entry points”). Work with incoming applications: maintain CRM, edit advertisements, answer customer questions by phone and transfer contacts to a realtor. What do you need from you? Competent Russian (clear presentation of thoughts, minimum errors). Knowledge of the Czech language at a level sufficient for communication and composing advertisements. Ukrainian will be a significant advantage. Communication skills: be able to communicate with people in a friendly and clear manner. Attention to detail when working with documents and maintaining CRM. Initiative: don’t be afraid to share ideas (we’ll discuss everything and try what’s appropriate). Flexible schedule: you can work at a time convenient for you. What do we offer? Completely remote work: you only need internet and free time. Payment: percentage of commission from each transaction. 24/7 communication with the team for the necessary assistance from our side: we will help you understand the details of the work, we will advise you if something is unclear.
