Junior real estate agent Responsibilities: - Search and consultation of clients on real estate objects - Selecting objects and conducting viewings - Working with documentation - Cold and hot calls - Transaction support - Maintaining a CRM system Conditions: - Training at company expense - High percentage of transactions - Free schedule (fully remote format) - Performance bonuses - Gradual improvement of qualifications and percentage of commission Requirements: - Confident command of Czech - Understanding of Ukrainian sufficient for communication - Discipline and responsibility - Willingness to learn and develop - Communication skills and independence - Sales experience is preferred, but not required Salary: Percentage of commission (approximately 1⁠5⁠ 0⁠0⁠0⁠ Kč - 8⁠5⁠ 0⁠0⁠0⁠ Kč / month) Work in the Czech Republic | All channels
