Energy and maintenance engineer Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Constant inspection of all equipment and infrastructure under the engineer's responsibility, timely identification of technical service and repair needs, their elimination and ensuring continuous operation • Preparation of operational and auxiliary materials specifications • Accounting of used operational materials, provision of continuous and safe supply of potable and technically suitable water, control of water supply facilities (wells) • Identifying problems and needs related to energy supply and solving them in coordination with other departments • Detailed description of the important components of the energy management system and their interactions • Creation of block diagrams (Flowchart) of energy processes and, if necessary, updating them • Operation of the wastewater treatment plant (Wwtp) in accordance with international best practices and established standards • Determination of energy factors based on analysis of past and current energy consumption data and other relevant information • Identifying the main directions of energy consumption, especially taking into account the significant changes that have occurred in the recent period • Prediction of energy consumption for the next period • Identify positions that can influence the reduction of energy consumption through their actions • Identifying opportunities to increase energy efficiency and ensuring their priority implementation • Monitoring of legislative requirements related to energy and ensuring their fulfillment • Reporting to top management to evaluate the effectiveness of the energy management system and receive recommendations for improvement • Ensuring the professional development of subordinate employees and conducting technical training in the work process to strengthen their compliance with the requirements of the position. Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the Fmcg sector • Higher education in Engineering Technology (BET), Mechanical Engineering or related field • Knowledge of the English language (Upper Intermediate) • Basic knowledge of all supply chain related elements and processes such as quality, manufacturing, casting, etc. • Complete knowledge of technical service (Maintenance). • Problem solving and analytical thinking skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Solid understanding of cross-functional business processes We offer: • Health insurance • Transportation from Tbilisi to Natakhtari and back • Gift products at the end of each month • Lunch
