We are looking for a person who will keep our ad database alive and relevant. What to do: — Call the apartment owners and clarify whether the apartment is rented or is still relevant, whether the price and conditions have changed — Re-publish current apartments to the channel through our internal system (simple web interface, we’ll train you in one day) — Irrelevant — remove from publication and mark in CRM — Maintain a daily update plan — A few functions of an office manager: minor organizational tasks for the office and team (takes a small part of the time, the main work is updating) What you need: — Offline work - Men are not suitable — Students are not suitable – Georgian and Russian – fluent — Attentiveness and consistency: routine work — Real estate experience is not required Conditions: — Full day, Mon–Fri — $400/month fixed + $200 bonus when fulfilling the monthly plan on time → up to $600/month = 1500 GEL — Payment is stable, without delays — A clear system: there is a plan, there are tools, there is team support Respond: write in Telegram with the note “Update” - a few words about yourself and why you are suitable.
