Responsibilities: • Managing a team of 8 people using a 1:1 model • Building work processes within the team • Recruitment • Employee performance assessment (performance management) • Maintaining a task backlog by the team • Resolving conflicts between team members • Developer code review • Architectural decision making Requirements: • 7 years of experience in data science • From 3 years of experience in real management of a team of more than 5 people (including hiring, performance assessment, dismissals)
