Recruiter - Wroclaw We are looking for an recruiter with experience who really knows how to find people, carry out quality selection and bring the candidate to work. Location: Wrocław Start: from September Umowa zlecenie 5,250 zł netto/month + bonuses What we offer: • base rate 5,250 zł netto/month • benchmark — 15 successful recruitments per month • KPI and additional bonuses for the result • overtime bonuses • additional rewards for top performing recruiters • standard schedule — 8 hours a day, start of work approximately at 8:00–10:00 • work in the office in Wroclaw • a hybrid or remote format is possible over time by agreement Who are we looking for? We need a person who already has experience in recruitment and understands the specifics of the job. Not just "posting an ad", but being able to find a candidate, interest them, conduct a selection and bring them to employment.
