Duties: • Protection of the company's interests in courts of all instances, preparation/filing of lawsuits, counterclaims and appeals • Preparation, registration and monitoring of statements, complaints and permit projects in the City Hall, the supervision service and other agencies • Legal analysis of decisions or fines made by state bodies and their appeal in an administrative or judicial manner • Development of purchase, supply, supply and partnership agreements, as well as participation in the drafting of labor agreements • Preliminary assessment and prevention of legal risks of the company's activities (production, construction, trade).
