*Warehouse Cleaning (Hermes)* Place of work: Konin Żagański (60 km from Zelena Hura) Arrival for registration — in Poznań. We will meet at the station. The coordinator delivers to the place of work and residence. We are hiring women up to 60 years old Payment: • rate 24.50 zł/hour net; • for employees under the age of 26 — 25.50 zł/hour net; • for students under the age of 26 — 31.40 zł/hour net. For an employee who has worked for 6 months / 8 months, +0.25 / +0.50 zł is added. It is possible to receive an advance after 5 working days. Payment of wages is made from the 10th to the 20th of the previous month in cash with the signing of the payment statement. Work schedule: 5-6 days a week (floating weekends) day shift from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., night shift from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Two breaks of 15 minutes each. 200+ working hours per month. Duties: • Women: cleaning office premises (offices, dining rooms, changing rooms, toilets, corridors, storage racks). Cleaning is carried out using a mop, broom and detergents (each employee is given a special cart for cleaning). Conditions: • Work clothes are issued free of charge: pants, T-shirt, warm jacket, shoes with metal toes. • There is a canteen and a locker room on the premises (each employee is provided with a separate locker with a key). • Smoking is allowed on the premises. Accommodation provided, payment 550 zł/month (deducted from salary). Rooms for 2–3–4 people We help with all necessary documents. Before starting work, you need to undergo a medical examination (approximate cost - 150 zł, paid by the candidate himself, but compensated from the first salary). Official employment — Umowa Zlecenia (we pay insurance and taxes).

Приймаємо на роботу жінок до 60 років Оплата: • ставка 24,50 zł/год нетто; • для працівників до 26 років — 25,50 zł/год нетто; • для студентів до 26 років — 31,40 zł/год нетто. Працівнику, який відпрацював 6 місяців / 8 місяців, додається +0,25 / +0,50 zł. Є можливість отримання авансу після 5 робочих днів. Виплата заробітної плати проводиться з 10 по 20 число за попередній місяць готівкою з підписанням платіжної відомості. Графік роботи: 5-6 днів на тиждень (плаваючі вихідні) денна зміна з 8:00 до 18:30, нічна з 19:30 до 6:00 Дві перерви по 15 хвилин. 200+ робочих годин на місяць. Обов’язки: • Жінки: прибирання службових приміщень (офіси, їдальні, роздягальні, туалети, коридори, складські стелажі). Прибирання здійснюється за допомогою швабри, мітли та мийних засобів (кожному працівнику видається спеціальний візок для прибирання). Умови: • Безкоштовно видається робочий одяг: штани, футболка, тепла кофта, черевики з металевим носком. • На території є їдальня та роздягальня (кожному працівнику надається окрема шафка з ключем). • Куріння на території дозволене. Проживання надається, оплата 550 zł/міс (утримується із зарплати). У кімнатах по 2–3–4 особи Допомагаємо з усіма необхідними документами. Перед початком роботи потрібно пройти медичний огляд (приблизна вартість — 150 zł, оплачується кандидатом самостійно, але компенсується з першої зарплати). Офіційне працевлаштування — Umowa Zlecenia (оплачуємо страхування та податки).
