Recruiter/ Náborové oddělení Vacancy: recruiter/recruiter We are looking for a person to work in the recruitment department. The office is located in the very center of Prague Salary: 35,000 Kč net, with the possibility of increase after a certain period of work Schedule: approximately 9:00–17:00. A different schedule is possible by agreement, since the work involves communication with candidates and sometimes it is necessary to be in touch in the morning or evening. Registration: first 3 months - DPP (trial period), after - registration for HPP. The possibility of HPP is immediately discussed individually. What is included in the work: search and selection of employees; communication with candidates; posting vacancies in groups and social networks; working with advertising in Meta (Facebook/Instagram); communication with coordinators; accompanying candidates before going to work. Mandatory requirements: knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian and Czech languages; basic understanding of advertising and targeted advertising in Meta; ability to place and promote ads on social networks; communication skills and willingness to communicate a lot with people. We provide a working laptop and phone. Experience in recruiting and advertising will be an advantage. Рекрутер/ Náborové oddělení Вакансия: специалист по подбору персонала / рекрутер Ищем человека в отдел подбора персонала. Офис находится в самом центре Праги Зарплата: 35 000 Kč чистыми, с возможностью повышения после определённого периода работы График: ориентировочно 9:00–17:00. Возможен другой график по договорённости, так как работа предполагает общение с кандидатами и иногда необходимо быть на связи утром или вечером. Оформление: первые 3 месяца — DPP (испытательный период), после — оформление на HPP. Возможность HPP сразу обсуждается индивидуально. Что входит в работу: поиск и подбор сотрудников; общение с кандидатами; размещение вакансий в группах и социальных сетях; работа с рекламой в Meta (Facebook/Instagram); коммуникация с координаторами; сопровождение кандидатов до выхода на работу. Обязательные требования: знание украинского, русского и чешского языков; базовое понимание рекламы и таргетированной рекламы в Meta; умение размещать и продвигать объявления в социальных сетях; коммуникабельность и готовность много общаться с людьми.
