Financial analyst Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Weekly and monthly analysis of the financial results of the company • Processing and interpretation of financial, operational and commercial data • Profitability, costs, margins and efficiency analysis • Discovery of business opportunities and their financial evaluation • Identification of financial risks, evaluation and preparation of preventive recommendations • Comparative analysis of budget, forecasts (Forecast) and actual results (Actual vs Budget). • Monitoring KPIs and evaluating their performance • Preparation of financial models, forecasts and scenarios (Scenario Analysis). • Financial evaluation of investments and new projects • Preparation of regular and ad hoc financial reports for management • Identify opportunities to improve business processes • Cooperation with various departments to increase financial efficiency • Presenting financial conclusions and recommendations for decision-making Requirements: • Higher education in finance, economics, business administration or related field • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analytics • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot, Power Query, financial modeling) • Knowledge of Power BI or other BI platforms would be an advantage • Experience working with ERP systems • Good knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting • Strong analytical and critical thinking • Orientation to details • Vision of business processes and strategic thinking • Knowledge of the English language We offer: • Hybrid working mode • Opportunity for professional development • Modern working environment • Direct participation in making strategic decisions • Interesting and dynamic projects • Experience of working in an advanced international company • Corporate insurance
